Continence management plans are about better managing bladder and bowel control problems by assessing the client's needs, setting goals and working towards these goals through the steps of the plan. At Rosehills Alzheimer's Care we incorporate a combination of toileting schedules, protective garments, prompts and reminders to help our residents minimize the risk of accidents and embarrassment.
